Journey Update: Working Hard for a Plane Ticket

It is Fall / Autumn now, and ... I'm quite loving it. However, how I wish this season would reach its beauty without having to become extremely cold. Please understand me. I'm from a tropical climate so I'm definitely not used to it.

Here is a picture that I took from one of my walks. It was my first time to see a tree with yellow near to falling leaves. No wonder this season is called 'Fall,' because all leaves do fall. They are not only yellow. There are also orange and red.

I am now staying in Silverdale, a small town in Washington State. Immigrants, as the term goes. No one has seen it coming. No preparations could ever prepare us emotionally and mentally. Life is already good in the Philippines. However, for practicality reasons, my parents and I decided to leave for green pasture.

Currently, my feelings is not homesickness. I miss home. I'm a Filipino and Philippines will always be my home.

This picture was taken in Point No Point Beach, Kingston. It was a great place, but there's no greater place than the place beside your loved one. My fiance is in the Philippines. I miss him so much!

Everyday, I yearn for his presence. I know we are strong but I terribly miss him. I always long for him to be beside me. And no words could ever breach the gap between us. I have to go home.

December 2013, it's peak season. Plane tickets are all deadly expensive. I need to work hard so I could buy home.

Oh, Lord! Bless me!
